May 24, 2007

Santa Barbara, California's DEVILDRIVER has just filmed the first video for its new song "Not All Who Wander Are Lost" in Los Angeles with director Nathan Cox (QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE, MARILYN MANSON, SYSTEM OF A DOWN). The clip is expected to be released in a few weeks.

DEVILDRIVER is currently on the road with black-metal titans, DIMMU BORGIR, UNEARTH and KATAKLYSM until May 29, winning over audiences with brooding tenacity. DEVILDRIVER will then launch a month-long European tour on June 1 and will also be attending the Metal Hammer awards in London on June 11.

DEVILDRIVER's new album, "The Last Kind Words", is set for release on July 31, 2007 and features 11 tracks of annihilating progression. "We wanted to do something that was different than we did on the first two records, and would stand out," frontman Dez Fafara declares. "The Last Kind Words" stands out and above, capturing DEVILDRIVER's unique fusion. The forthcoming album was mixed by famed producer, Andy Sneap (OPETH, EXODUS, AS I LAY DYING, MEGADETH) at Backstage Recording Studios in England.
